We ship internationally, including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia & New Zealand, and selected Arab countries. If your country appears at checkout, we can ship to you.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times are:

  • UK: 5–10 business days

Will I receive tracking information?

Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are available within 30 days of delivery only if the product is unused and returned in its original packaging. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Eligible products are covered by a 6-month replacement warranty if the item becomes defective or stops working under normal use.

What if my product arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo or video proof. We will arrange a replacement if eligible.

Can I return a used product?

No. Refunds are not available for used products. Used items may only be eligible for replacement under warranty if applicable.
